Section 135
Resolution Of Dispute By Arbitration
If any dispute that has arisen between the public entity and the construction entrepreneur, consultant or service provider in relation to the implementation of the procurement contract cannot be resolved through the process referred to in Rule 129, action shall be initiated for the resolution of such a dispute by arbitration in accordance with the prevailing law.
